you'll have to adjust the levers that attach to the brake shafts that come out chain cases. loosen the 1/4 bolt on the lever and slide it off and turn the brake shaft the direction the brake lever is applied. the brake shaft is splined. lift up the seat to do it. its tight but can be done.

well i had a pretty good idea that i was losing charge pressure before i started but giving the prior maintance of this customer's machines before i took over i'm not suprised the pumps were bad. i'm recommending the motors be replaced as well

i already sent the pump out for repair. just waiting on word from the local case dealer about the motors. they are on backorder no promise date yet

yes i capped the the high pressure ports. the pump that drives the right side holds charger pressure and pulls the engine rpm's down when stroked. the pump that drives the left side drops all charges pressure and never pulls the engine down.

    case 1845c intermittent full throttle

i have a customer with a case 1845c. i have trouble getting full throttle out of it. i have adjusted the throttle stops but no help. evey now and then it will go to full throttle. i'm suspecting the injection pump. it has new fuel filters and air filters. i did check lift pump pressure and i...

    solid tires/ foam tires

for what it's worth stay away from solid tires. i have a customer that runs them due to the environment, also run on blacktop all day. i have seen most of their machines frames cracking around the axle housing. one machine has had both chain cases outer frames completely broken out.

unfortunetly i don't have a service manual. thats the first think i was thinking was i was losing charge psi. i'll have to look into testing it

i haven't heard any weird noises. hyd. oil seems to stay clear. i've only been servicing the equipment for the past year. i'm not sure of the maintenance prior to me, but i would say it hasn't been the best. an oil leak went unreported for a couple of months and the operator was using a 46w hyd...
