    A final update on my tb016 was that the wire had worn through just before the solenoid, deep below the seat and battery - when that was fixed it was fine

    I have manually depressed them but will try adjusting them - it was working when I parked it in a shed and 4 weeks later not.... !

    Thanks for response - yes checked all the fuses and manually checked the safety buttons on the arm rests are operating correctly. I was unsure where the lever lock solenoid is located on a TB016 to see if that is getting any power.

    Did you manage to resolve this on a TB016 - I have the same issue. The travel levers and hand controls are locked.
