John Deere 690 E LC engine stalling out

Sounds like maybe the load piston that actuates the swash has a broken seal ring and is getting stuck

    John Deere 270lc final question

That machine does have a aux hyd section and you can install a hydraulic quick coupler with a couple of Denison valves.

    John Deere 270lc final question

Could be as they are spring applied and hydraulically released but I've done more axle seals than brakes.Since the machine sits for long periods at a time the axle seals are a more common failure.

    John Deere 270lc final question

I agree with Ufflex for the case drain. The easiest way to find this is to drain the final drive ,pull the bottom plug and stall (wedge a pin in the sprocket and )the track. You should see hydraulic oil leak out of the final drive.Make sure the case drain for the motors is not blocked through the...

    Bobcat 334G hydraulic issue

Do you have a hydraulic schematic? It sounds like a pump control issue like you are missing a load sense orifice plug on the boom circuit. The pump is not stroking when you use the boom but will come into full stroke when you use another function.A schematic or a bobcat dealer would be your best...

    690 E LC system controller

Make sure your high idle is to spec .If it drops 150 rpm then hydraulics may be very slow or shut down.

    Hitachi EX135UR-5 won't throttle up

It’s grey market and will drive you nuts.We spent hours on just that problem and went to a cable.Job done.

Hitachi 120-2, not the standard problem

I remember being told that when Deere had gone to Hitachi to make their excavators for them (best thing they ever did) they had a guy translate the Hitachi manuals into english and he missed a few things .I was repairing the fuel gauge on a 590D and the manual said to check it by hooking it up...

Hitachi 120-2, not the standard problem

It is TM1504 490E excavator Operation and Tests It might be sold as a CD. I could never read a schematic on a lap top so I used to print it out and tape the pages together before I went out in the field.

I hope this will clarify things for you as what does what to what.

Hitachi 120-2, not the standard problem

I will send you a schematic and a theory of operation. Its near impossible to diagnose an electrical problem on these machines without it.now if I can just figure out how to use my scanner...

Hitachi 120-2, not the standard problem

Do you have a schematic for the charging system?Try disconnecting the battery wire as well.

Hitachi 120-2, not the standard problem

We had the same problem with the 892E and it was the alternator.A shorted diode on the Delco alt would send a signal to the brain box that the machine was still running when it was not and the oil pressure switch would set off the monitor buzzer. The only way to get it started was to pull the...

    John Deere 590D track issues

take a 7/8 box end and pull out the relief valve on the end of the adjuster and swap it with the other side. 4300 hrs is low for undercarriage on an excavator unless you are working in rock or someone disconnected the hour meter. If the blocks that hold the idler are showing at the end of the...
