322bl long reach, stick cylinder barrel cracked beyond repair, need one asap cat part #116-9123

Man, I stopped off at a shop this week and could not believe their capabilities. I saw cylinders they were building from the ground up and I saw hydraulic grapples that were expertly built. They were bending steel plate that was 1 1/4 thick. Check out https://ironax.com/hydraulic-cylinders/

    Case CX130... 27K Lb.

I weight out at 20,000 on my trailer axles and the rest is on the tongue probably about 3500 lbs on the goose neck. You would need another 10k or 3 12ks axle and (I have 2 10ks). I am not sure you could get the tongue weight right because the machine will probably need the arm towards the...

    Case CX130... 27K Lb.

Fords says they can roll with 37,200 lbs on an f350 with a gooseneck. I doubt you can get a 3 axle trailer and that machine within that weight. But according to there tow chart it will be real close.

Bought a used 303.5 - Scammed or just Stupid? Or both?

I wouldn't even think about it. You will have your answer in 500 or a 1000 hrs from now if it puts out some good work with out any major failures. All machines in those price ranges typically need some work. A 1' bucket would be on my list if you don't have one. Nice repairs and good luck...

Equipment to erect 40x80x18 steel building

I was unfamiliar with what it can do. DESCRIPTION In a category all its own and affectionately nicknamed Trackzilla, the XR50100-G smashes the limits of material handling capabilities. With a record-breaking 100-ft maximum lift height and forward reach of 75 ft, this telehandler is a...

Well it looks impressive to me anyway. But I am not a crane operator, what drawbacks do you see with it?

Equipment to erect 40x80x18 steel building

We build buildings and I could put that building up with a 6k tele-handler, 25,000 lb lift it will pick up to 36'. They are fairly cheap to buy and they have a left right tilt feature that will allow you to easily line up the base plates to truss connections.

Takeuchi TL12 No Hydraulics (anywhere) after travel motor rebuild.

How much coin was the new gear pump? Hopefully your travel pump works right after rebuild. I had two drive motors rebuilt, all the labor to put them back in and they both failed within 4 hours. I ended up needing to by new ones and do it again. Makes you wonder if they put the wrong fluid...

It sounds as if you found one of the problems. How did you figure out the old gear pump was not working?

I spoke to a mechanic about it. He thinks it is still in your lever lock or wiring to it.

Since you are saying the lever lock is working you need to confirm if the pumps are turning? Take your gear pump on the front loosen it up with the bolts and slide it out a little so you can see if the shaft is turning while the machine is on. look to see if you can see it spinning. If it's...
