    Land Grading/Leveling Help Needed

If you fill to the property line, the material will wash out to the neighbor, not good. 1' lifts = when filling low areas go up 1' at a time and compact it untill it is hard before you put another 1' lift on. If you don't compact, you can have a lot of soft ground you can't use. Cost for this...

    Land Grading/Leveling Help Needed

I would cut down those 805 elevations to maybe 795 or so and compact 1' lifts in the lower areas. If you grade it flat, you end up with water puddles. Pitch the lot maybe 1' every 100'.I would keep property line the same with 3-1 slope up to your new grades. I'd start with a cat D-8 size dozer...

    Snow gate

We have good snow tires. I usually plow cargo areas maybe1/3 mile push. Some other areas are 800 ft wide by 7/8 mile long push. Bigger is better. We also plow parking lots with skid steers and smaller loaders with 14 blades

Best mid size Dozer with what brand /model GPS system?

I like Kamatsu. There gps system is easy to use and there are no poles on the blade. I just take the data collector in and out of the cab each time and set up is easy.

How would you dig this pond with this list of equipment? scrapers?

Start off with 225 hoe and D-7 with short pushes then get some trucks for the hoe, the dozer can grade pond for you and grade dump area. Trucks you shouldn't have to pay on rain days, where renting scrapers can get expensive. Try to find good experienced truck drivers, they will move a lot more...

    3 to 1 Pond Slope

Hello, Your bucket position looks good in last picture. I have done a lot of slopes for big building basements and ponds. Like sheepfoot said, mark a line on top parallel with bottom of slope. One thing I see wrong (to me) is you look like you might be digging from bottom up. Start at top...
