Hello Dozerboy, (or anyone) i have a Mitsubishi BD2H dozer, when i put in gear, then try locking right track to turn right, track will not stop. Brake strap will stall engine. Manual shows no shaft running throu steering brake drums with pressure plates inside. I have bolts out of both sides of right steering drum. Cannt budge it. Should it lift up and out? Regards James K in Ontario Canada
