We have a pc300-8 that developed a problem recently. It seems that when the machine is cold(first moves of the day) After you travel with it, sometimes the tracks continue to move even after the pedals are back to center.....Sometimes after the pedals are centered, it stops until you swing, once...
..Now Milton only pays 1 mechanic the higher scale , the rest get the lower, regardless where the repair is being done..So this does solve the union issue in regards to the pay....I do know someone high enough to know what happenned and why it did....
Here in Buffalo, Milton Cat moved 30 miles away to get into a differant union local......where the new Site is ....The south side of the road is a higher paying local, and the north side is a lower paying local.........They were sure to be on the north side......I'm not turning this into a union...

We run a pioneer jaw crusher, which feeds a pioneer impactor.....which feeds a 75 foot stacking conveyor......Have a D5 hitrack on hand for pushing up piles and 2 Komatsu 300's....1 for feeding and 1 for misc. help on pile.....No charge for dumping

Every crane I've ever run,,, the left is always....swing..Thats a hyd, friction, neck breaker,,,,.....The hoist and boom levers dont have a rhym or reason...but the swing is uniform.
Boom first, counterweight uphill.....And leave your hoist brake on and engage your hoist in "up" to help slow down your "clutch works" like a jake brake or retarder
65000 each arch..I will post some pics of rotatin g the piece from its side to right side up..Sorry about just having links rather than the pics, but photobucket is fighting me....lol
