decent shape, scratches and such but normal for age
decent tires 50-60% tread i believe foam filled.
everything works well, no problems

Machinery Trader is the gold standard for now on values. Use the auction search feature and do the averages. Reduce value by the cost of fixing anything to make it work and you should be in the ball park.
