I think had mentioned the AGP series on the "hobbies away from equipment" thread. Here's an update.
The first race was the 22nd. Total turnout was around 300 combined kids, bikes, and quads. The track was an old sand pit. They had 1 mile of natural Mx in the pit and 5 miles of woods. I got 5 laps in an hour and a half on this great track. Anyone close that races should hit this course at least once, it was hard enough to be challenging, but still very fun. We even ran on an old airstrip at one point.
I got second out of 4 in my class and smoked them all on the holeshot:D . Here's (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z35EQ81y4CQ) a video of my start. Keep in mind the starts are dead engine, I have a kick start and 3 out of 4 people in my row had electric start(including someone from a diff class). Looks like e-start didn't help much:p . Starting from the back row, I got 65th out of 95 overall.
