It's an HD-9 Allis-Chalmers dozer...I know the company more for it's farm tractors but here's some background on the company:

I'm not sure of the comparable caterpillar model but I'm guessing a D6 based upon the size of the operator vs. the machine. Might be a D5...not sure.
