A few pics from my job in Orange Co.

Don't know the span on the trusses but the weights were around 9-16K depending on thickness.

Did the boom tip have its own pup (trailer)?? Are those 'field' fabricated spreaders??

Yes, the pup trailer can be seen in the foreground in the 3rd pic. No spreader bar just leather padding.

As I recall that pup is for the boom hanging off the back of the machine. The swing machinery is unlocked so the house will turn free. The pump then follows in the tire tracks of the truck in front.

They are wood and steel. The wood which is wrapped is Alaskan Yellow Cedar, it will stay wrapped until the roof is weather tight.
