Is the end of the runway going over that?

Its actually a "safer place for a plane to crash"....Instead of skidding off the runway onto the road that was there, and then into a huge woods, They now will go over the road and into a clearing....

Inside, I'm guessing 16 feet?..Its funny........ but not......But a plane crashed about 300 yards from the site about 1 month before excavation for the tunnel....Its on 5 foot thick concrete slabs....Looking at the pics....The overview pic, the runway is on the left.After all wa said and done, We filled over the arches 5 feet atb the peak.
