Chuck Smith came across a spell check program that you can install on your computer that's free and works with any message board. To do so, use this link (http://www.iespell.com/download.php) and download the program. Then close your browser and re-open, ieSpell appears in your "Tools" list. Just click on it after typing your reply and it will check your spelling similar to the way Outlook Express does.

I used that one for 2 or 3 years. It works fine and I never had any problems with it except there was a few sites I go to that it wouldn't work on. I use the Google tool bar now and the spell checker it has is much better as far as working on any site goes. Plus the other features such as auto fill for your name and address. I even have my Credit card on it. It's pass word protected. the Google tool bar also has a pop-up blocker and there is no spy ware attached. I run four different spy ware checkers and have ask some computer geeks I know at another VBultin site and it is safe to use and very handy.

you can use Mozilla Firefox as your browser, it comes with spell check built in. You can also install a lot of other goodies and gadgets into the browser that come very handy.

I second that. Firefox is great. The spell checker is automatic as you type, so there's no need for extra clicks. Adblock is probably my favorite add on, I have almost no ads on the sites that I visit often. They even have an extension that runs IE in a tab in Firefox for those sites that don't run right in Firefox. Best of all is the security. I know on another forum, IE users complained about having a virus installed due to a hacker messing with the site, but I never noticed a thing at the time.
