Trying to figure out what these parts are from?

I'm trying to figure out what these parts are from, they went through our horizontal wood grinder and we need to figure out what they are from. Let me know if anyone has any ideas. Thanks. Unfortunately after that went through, they're probably parts FROM your horizontal wood grinder...ouch...:eek:

To throw a guess at it though, it looks like a piece of an automotive axle tube that was cut up. Judging by the tubular piece standing vertically, it has what appears to be a spring saddle welded to it. It's a pretty tough call since it's been distorted even more by those knives in the grinder.

Looking at it even more however, it's kind if thick walled material for an auto housing. Find a Part # anywheres?:D
