We've talked about fill recently. Where to find it, and who pays.

When God created the Earth, where did he get all the fill he needed, and did he pay to have it hauled in, or charge a fee for dumping it here?

I kinda figure He paid to have some good stuff hauled in, and laid down a real good base, but then ran short on cash, and ended up charging to dump loads of cosmic garbage...
