does anyone know where to look up the specs like weight lenght width of loader backhoe's,,this would very helpfull when trying to figure out shipping costs,,,hope you guys can help...

Most of the manufacturers web pages list specs including weight for current machines. I don't know of the source for older iron.

I would call the local dealers as they should have a pretty good idea of weights/sizes. An old John Deere 710, call a deere dealer or visit them..
