does anybody know how many yards the standard bucket for a Cat 977L was? Or what Cat wheel loader was about the same capacity?

Thanks
Eric

Yoder, 977L has a 2.75 cuyd bucket made from 78-82. It puts it roughly in the same size as a late 950, say 81 model, or early 950B 82 model. Roughly puts it on par with a current 930G. If i think what your planning on, You may be able to make a 977 demo bucket work on a 950. As i usually state, all numbers are from CPH edition 37

hey, Demoguy:

Are you using the 977 for demo? what kind of buildings are you taking down with it man? you got any pics. love to see em and hear about the demo jobs you got going. nothing like a 977 for wrecking. it's a great wrecking machine.
