I have a Virnig grapple bucket just got it this Winter, I really like the build quality. I also have a Quick Attach Saber Tine bucket that I bought instead of a brush grapple. I thought the Saber Bucket was more versatile and much better built.

I like both the eagle talon and the Saber tine models. Oh the decisions..... There was another one there with replaceable teeth on it that looked really good too. Paul

I bought a Quick Attach from eBay, Its the full grapple with root rake bottom. We clear lots, move debris, load debris, etc. I really dont know how we got along without it, I can rotate the grapple and back drag the lot and clean all the debris. I prefer the full length grapple vs the one on each side, each one has its place. This is a heavy duty unit and I have abused it at times and it keeps on ticking. Cuts out almost all the manual labor. Highly recommend this unit

The best one on the market we found was Faver. They are rock solid. We have a few leaver pullers thet can tear up anything. These are the only ones that they havent torn up.

Im not sure what size machine, you have, and what you are going to use it for. As I stated before, I clear land/lots, general cleanup, I bought the Quick Attach 60" grapple. I didnt buy the 72" because of overloading the machine. Another reason is almost $1900 difference. Its Ebay item number 180228209982, it looks similar to the Faver. I think I called them (Quick Attach) direct and got a better deal, but I had to ask them for the special deal.

I highly recommend the QA grapple, I have moved logs, boulders, root mat, etc. I mostly use the grapple myself, and I have kinda abused it and I havent bent, broke, or caused any damage to the unit at all.

Be careful of the 72" dont let it overload the machine.

Guess I need to be a salesman for QA, I mulched a lot yesterday, with the Fecon machine. The owner wanted me to remove all debris/mulch, so i loaded up the skidsteer, with the QA grapple/rootrake and away I went to the job. I always enjoy using this grapple, it does a great job. I had the lot looking great and ready to build on, in a few hours. I guess Im from the old school, where we had to rake all this stuff (lots of labor)and sweat. Now with this simple attachment, you cut out all the labor and sweat.

I use mine for so many things, I bought it primarily for brush which it excels at, but I can pop trees with it easily up to 6" caliper and carry them away, rough in an overgrown lot for reclaiming to lawn, plus I use it to move junk. I cleaned out my mom's place, my Dad was a pack rat having gone through the depression and the basement was full of junk. I carried it to the door and piled it, then grabbed it with the grapples and loaded the truck. I use it to load scrap steel all the time too. I think it's about the most versatile attachment I have.

I spent most of the day demoing a small out building and loading the debris in the dump trucks. I then opened the grapple, rotated and back dragged the lot, cleaning as I went. I do more back dragging, with the grapple, than I do with the forward motion using the root rake.

I put about 25 hrs on the grapple this week, busy week for the grapple.
If you cant get the QD hooked up, try pushing the remote pedal/arm/switch in the full other direction, if that doesnt do it, go the other way. This may not work on all machines.

Paul we need to contact QA and get a commision on sales, we are doing a lot of advertising for them LOL:D

I only used it on the S150 today.... And it was raining to boot! Cant wait to put it on the T200. Still more rain tonight so i probably wont get a chance to use it much tomorrow. I have a project started that needs a bunch of attention to the remnants of the trees that were cut down..... That will probably be the first place i put it to work and really see what it will do. Maybe i'll try to get some pics.... never posted any on this board. Is it fairly simple? Paul

Couldnt leave it sitting in the shop..... Local church took out some trees to build a new parking lot (I was awarded the bid for that) so i figured this would be a good test for my new grapple. Lots of rain last night so it was a little sloppy.... I bet ill be really impressed when I get to use it on dry ground. Paul

I just bought a new scrap grapple bucket to replace my older one. I researched this for countless hours and being the price motivated person I am, I ended up buying from www.rootgrapple.com . They make tons of attachments and are definitely worth considering

Nobody could even come close to the pricing and this is very well built and comes with a set of flat faced couplers. I saw grapples just like mine with the bobcat name on them for over 5 grand. I paid 2200 for their 72". I'll let the pics do the talking

if you like the quick claw and think that it is tough...you should check out the eagle talon (also made by quick attach) we have one on our RC100 and it is freakin insane how much abuse it will take...I routinely max out the machine with it and haven't had the first problem...we also do lot clearing and couldn't function with out it
