has anybody had any experience with expander bucket pins? i've tried welding and line boring in the past it just doesnt last very long. the expander system sounds like an excellent solution. i would like to talk with someone who has tried it before. any help is appreciated !:drinkup:notworthy:usa:beatsme:Banghead:Pointhead

Yes I have used this system on a 950 B. the top and bottom atriculated hitch area or center pins. They worked great and have been in this loader for about 2 years now. this unit works everyday and I have only had to adjust them once. The expanders are the way to go!! we use them on our demolition robots (thay come factory mounted), and they really last!
a normal pin and hole wear out in just a couple of hundred hours on these small machines, when using a heavy hudraulic breaker. On the biggest BROKK robot we have, there is no sloppines at all, even after 400h of hard beating!:Banghead

the only downside is the high price, but it pays for itself!
They should come stock on all machines!
