Can't start new thread

We'll i can start a thread in here but not in the excavator forums for some reason. Did three reply's and logged in and out and still no luck? As you can see i'm still a probationary member after my 3 reply's?

When you logged out, did you get the message that says, "all your cookies have been cleared", (or something like that)?

No i never did but i did go and clear them on the web browser and it didn't help. It now is working though, thanks.
