Hey guys,
I am working on an estimate for a project and I had a question. The project involved laying a 16" PVC Waterline. The trench needs to be cut 6 ft. deep and 3 ft. wide. I'm estimating using a Vermeer T-655 or a T-658. The trench is going through natural clay. I am trying to figure out how many ft./hr. the trencher would trench. When using an excavator I can do the math to figure out how much it can cut in an hour, but I am new to figuring it with a trencher. Any help is appreciated!
