Brontosaurus

Anybody know what exactly a "Brontosaurus" cutter/mulcher is? I am looking for manufacturers, model numbers, etc. I see reference to them in vegetation control permit applications. We are looking for something in this arena but need more info. Thanks

Thank you. From the descriptions I have been reading I thought it was more than an attachment. Looks like I need an excavator :)
