Has anyone been around a Bobcat 2410 ? It's an articulated 4wd loader with an 75hp Perkins diesel. They were produced between 1990 - 1993. I just bought one.

Good machine , but getting some parts for it will be a problem.Make sure your dealer has someone who is fam. with the 2410 , they can be tricky to fix. Watch the auctions , alot of time you can get a parts machine that will pay for itself the 1st time you need a pump , cyld or the such

I ran one of thoes for 4 years and though it was worthless for my aplication but it was what the owner wanted me to run. It was orginaly designed to use on golf courses and landscape work because it would not tear up the turf and would accept most other bobcat atchments. for that aplication it would have been great but in construction it was dificalt to grade with, you can not see the cutting edge or into the bucket, seemed top heavy on a slope, lost traction on a slope to easy, no stearing when trying to load the bucket as front to lite. had a perkins which I always found hard to start when cold, rain water always ran down on top of starter causing it to short out. for a few.
As you can see I like skidsteers and think Bobcat should stay with a provin product instead of trying to compete with Case, JBL, John Deer in a tractor aplication.
Anyway you may like it as did the owner of the one I used and for your aplication it may be perfict.
Congraduation on investment
