I have a roll off container business along with my excavation business. We have a customer that has a large contract to do roofing at the local university. The problem is that with all of the rain we are getting, we are having trouble getting the rolloff container out after they are load (average 8 to 15 ton. The problem is you are backing across grass or rutted up areas and the containers is placed next to the building and when you lift the rear rollers sink in. The customer has placed 2 and 3 layers of 3/4" plywood and it is getting destroyed. I do not have enough street plates to place and it would cost a fortune to buy enough to place from the pavement to the building.

Whatever we put down we have to remove so gravel roadways aren't going to work. So what I looking for is some sort of interlocking panels that would help distribute the weight and be easily moved to the next location. Thanks in advance for you help.

They may be a little large for your needs, but have you considered crane mats to make a temporary roadway for the truck and container. Just a thought.

Ive seen some interlocking matts that might work for the truck , but probably not going to work on the small steel wheels on the can. I would suggest crane matts also???? Good luck.
