What size dirt pans do yall pull with your tractors and how big are the tractors. How big of a pan can I pull with a 165hp duel wheel 2wd tractor. Thanks.

Friend of mine in the bootheel of Missouri pulls a single 12 yard scraper with a 2wd 4760 Deere.

That is a question with a lot of options. Gonnna depend a lot on what your trying to do. I run JD 9520's w dual 18 yd ejectors but sometimes pull 3 scrapers. I have done alot of Lazer leveling for soil conservation and 3 pans are easy to pull in big feilds. The other thing is how much cut you have, distance, soil conditions,etc. If you are doing ruogh in work your able to install teeth in the middle of your pan and then the horsepower needed is reduced greatly. The key to efective pan work is speed and shallow cut. Give us some more details of your work and i will help with more details
