Bought a brand new widescreen HDTV on thursday night. im watching tv this morning and the picture fades and i see horizontal lines and the tv shuts off :confused: i turn it back on and this happens a few more times. I just got it all loaded up in the truck and its ready to go back. anyone else had problems with philips? ive heard good things from a few friends so i'll just exchange it for now and see how it goes.

It might be considered superstitious, but you never know what affects the outcome of a game. Did they get the original TV fixed, or did you get it exchanged? I don't think it was the refs--I suspect that you got a TV full of bad luck. I'll PM you my shipping address, and I'd be willing to test the theory out for you til next season... :yup
