remove flood control?

I am wanting to know if the flood control could be removed. I know it can help to stop spam so maybe have it setup to have flood control until you hit 30 posts or something like that? When I'm amped up on energy drinks I type a mile a minute and read like heck so it's frustrating to wait 2 minutes between posts. I'm a busy man ya know!!***

That setting is not adjustable between user groups, it is a Board setting.
